Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty

We guarantee that your jewelry is free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Should any issue arise that is proven to be a result of our craftsmanship, we will repair or replace your item at no cost.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing or structural defects
  • Stone tightening and inspection
  • Cleaning, polishing, and rhodium plating

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from impact, loss, theft, or unauthorized repairs
  • Alterations made by another jeweler
  • To preserve your warranty, we recommend routine professional inspections every twelve months, complimentary through The Diamond Parlor Concierge Service.

Diamond Authenticity Guarantee

Every diamond from The Diamond Parlor is 100% natural and conflict-free, ethically sourced from trusted suppliers who comply with the Kimberley Process.
We do not sell clarity-enhanced, color-enhanced, or fracture-filled diamonds.

All natural diamonds are accompanied by an independent grading report from GIA or IGI, verifying their authenticity and grading.

Trade-In & Upgrade Promise

We proudly offer a Lifetime Diamond Upgrade Program for natural diamonds purchased from The Diamond Parlor.

  • Receive 110% credit of your original natural diamond’s purchase price toward a new diamond of greater value.
  • Your diamond must be in its original condition and accompanied by its original certificate.

14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love your jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied, items in their original condition may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase.

Return conditions:

  • Items must show no signs of wear or alteration.
  • Certified diamond returns must include the original certificate or incur a $250/pc (per carat) replacement fee.
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
  • Gift recipients receive store credit only.
  • Custom or special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Special Orders

Special orders and custom designs, items ordered specifically for you, including diamonds or jewelry sized outside standard parameters, are final sale and non-returnable and non-refundable.

Lab-Grown Diamonds

All lab-grown diamond sales are final. These stones may depreciate over time; The Diamond Parlor is not responsible for any loss in resale value or market fluctuations.

Sales & Use Tax

Applicable sales tax is collected in states where The Diamond Parlor has a physical presence. Clients outside these areas are responsible for remitting any required use tax per local regulations.
